This may include my name, contact details, date of birth, emergency contact details, booking history, membership details, payment information, health information, waiver responses and any other details needed to provide services safely and effectively.

I understand that my information may be used to manage bookings, memberships, payments, studio access, service updates, health and safety requirements, customer support and general studio operations.

Renegade Reformer will handle personal information securely and in line with applicable data protection laws. My information will not be sold to third parties. It may only be shared where necessary with trusted providers who help operate the studio, including booking software, payment processors, access control systems, email or SMS platforms and other essential business systems.
