Getting started
We've written full guides on both, worth a read before your first class.
Read guide →Everything a first-timer needs: what happens in a Foundations class, what to wear, and common beginner questions.
Read guide →A full minute-by-minute walkthrough of a first class, plus what to bring and eat beforehand.
Read guide →We've written full guides on both: how often to train at each stage, and a realistic week-by-week results timeline.
Read guide → Read results timeline →Fitted, comfortable workout clothes: leggings, shorts and a fitted top are ideal. Avoid anything baggy, and avoid zips or buttons that could damage the equipment. Grip socks are required for every reformer class; we sell them at the studio if you don't have a pair.
Booking & classes
All classes are booked through Momence, whether you're using a drop-in, a class pack or a membership.
Drop-ins, class packs and monthly memberships are all available, see full pricing and founding member rates.
View pricing →Check yourself in on the iPad at the front desk. This confirms your attendance and protects you from an accidental no-show fee, which matters especially if you arrive close to your class start time. If you arrive late and forget to check in, let your instructor know before the end of the day and we'll check you in after class.
For safety and security, the studio door stays locked and access is managed through an automated door system. Your mobile pass unlocks the door directly from the Momence app, but it's only valid from 15 minutes before your class starts until the class begins. You can't enter earlier or later than that window.
Late entry may not be permitted once class has started, for safety reasons. If you arrive after your access pass has expired, or are refused entry due to late arrival, your booking credits may still be deducted.
Yes. Only join if you can genuinely attend, though. If a space opens up you may be added automatically, and normal cancellation and no-show rules still apply.
Cancellations & no-shows
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy for every class: drop-in, class pack or membership.
Cancel more than 24 hours before your class and your credit or booking is returned to your account automatically. Cancel within 24 hours and it's a late cancellation, the credit is lost. Cancel within 90 minutes of the class and a £5 late cancellation fee also applies.
To cancel, log in to your account on Momence and select "cancel yourself" on the booking.
A £10 no-show fee applies. Always check in on the front desk iPad when you arrive to avoid this being applied by mistake.
It keeps classes running properly and lets us offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. As a small studio, we can't run with sudden half-empty classes. Even cancelling within the 24-hour window still helps another member take your place. We appreciate your cooperation.
Memberships
Every reformer class costs 3 credits. Depending on your plan, you get 12, 24 or 36 credits a month (equivalent to 4, 8 or 12 reformer classes). Credits renew on your billing date, don't roll over if unused, and don't cover Yoga, Barre or Mat Pilates.
Membership fees are paid monthly in advance by card, direct debit or another approved method, and renew automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel. If a payment fails, access to bookings and remaining credits may be temporarily suspended until it's resolved.
Cancel through your Momence account or by emailing studio@renegadereformer.co.uk, giving at least 14 days' notice before your next billing date. Verbal requests, Instagram DMs or messages to instructors don't count as formal notice. If we get less than 14 days' notice, your next payment may still be taken and the membership will end the following billing cycle.
Membership freezes are not offered as standard. In exceptional circumstances, such as illness, injury or extended travel, Renegade Reformer may agree to pause a membership at its discretion.
Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance by emailing studio@renegadereformer.co.uk and may require supporting information.
Yes, changes usually take effect from your next billing cycle unless we agree otherwise.
No. Memberships, credits and bookings are personal to the named member and can't be shared, transferred, resold or used by anyone else, including friends or family. This is for safety, insurance and health-screening reasons.
Health, safety & eligibility
Yes, before class. Let your instructor know if you're injured, recovering from surgery, have a medical condition, or have experienced any change in your health, so exercises can be adapted around it.

Yes. Booking or attending a class confirms you've read and agreed to our health declaration and studio waiver, which covers things like informing us of any medical conditions, following instructor guidance, and stopping if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.
